Product Description
Beet Root Red, also known as Beet Root Red Colorant, is a natural pigment derived from edible red beet through extraction, separation, concentration, and drying. The main components are betacyanins and betaxanthins. Beet Root Red appears as a red-purple to deep purple liquid, solid, powder, or paste, with a distinctive odor. It dissolves easily in water, milk, 50% ethanol, or propylene glycol solutions, but is difficult to dissolve in absolute ethanol, propylene glycol, and acetic acid.
