FS Pigments specializes in the research, production, and global supply of natural pigments (e.g., capsanthin, lutein, red yeast rice) for use in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and feed. All sales are B2B.

3. Account Registration

Business customers may register for quotations or orders. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it.

4. Orders & Payments

Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance (e.g., proforma invoice).
Payment terms (e.g., T/T, L/C) will be specified in the contract.
Title and risk pass upon shipment (Incoterms® 2020 apply unless otherwise agreed).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, product names, formulations) is owned by FS Pigments or its licensors. You may not reproduce or resell our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FS Pigments is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Delays due to force majeure (e.g., pandemics, customs delays),
Misuse of products not in accordance with technical guidelines.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or if unresolved, by the courts of [City, China].

8. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws (e.g., U.S. EAR, EU Dual-Use Regulation). You may not re-export our products without authorization.
